Cement slurry injection grouting to R.C.C. member :
To increase the internal strength of R.C.C. members, to fill up the voids, internal honey combed portion etc. First check the portion of R.C.C. member by hammer stroke, if it sounds hollow means the portion is hollow . Making the hole through drill machine or by chisel till Still bar , fix the nozzle 12mm or 20 mm dila with fast setting cement and kept to cure for 24 hrs.
Next day add cement in water with non shrinkable Chemical as per requirement with normal viscosity , to pass the slurry easily by gravitational method or by pressure pump. Pour the slurry till full saturation in the hole followed by sealing the hole with cement.
